How does delivery and pickup work?

  • For cruise passengers: We deliver the scooter to the cruise terminal before your embarkation time and pick it up when you return. We will coordinate exact locations and times with you over the phone or text.
  • Depending on how many bookings we have that day we will either deliver it to you face to face OR leave it in a designated area for picking up mobility scooters. The pick-up area is right by check-in, you can't miss it. We will send you detailed instructions and photographs. 
  • Returns will work the same way in reverse. Please contact us once you are released from customs so we can dispatch the delivery driver to pick-up the scooter. Should you need to leave the scooter, it should be left in the designated area we discussed with you. 
  • For hotel/Airbnb guests: We deliver the scooter to your accommodation at a scheduled time and pick it up at the end of your rental period. Most hotels allow us to leave them with the front desk, but we are unable to do this with Airbnbs. 
  • For local attractions: We can meet you anywhere within Galveston City Limits that is convenient for you including but not limited to; Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, The Strand, etc.
